About the Role The Director of Operations Fulfillment at Numotion will oversee local shipping/receiving, inventory, assembly, and delivery, leading branch personnel to deliver quality customer service while maintaining safe and efficient operations. What You'll Do
- Lead and direct the operations fulfillment team, assuring a prominent level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Hire, develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
- Oversee all warehouse activities including shipping/receiving, physical inventory, product returns, and availability of clean rental/demo equipment.
- Provide all required inventory reports within the assigned territory.
- Provide insights and action plans to improve operations being measured.
- Work cross functionally to coordinate equipment procurement and delivery, to ensure quality and timely provision of service.
- Partner with cross functional leaders for delivery planning of equipment orders to maintain order processing efficiency and deliver revenue goals.
- In conjunction with all other Numotion departments, address and resolve escalations in the timeframes outlined in procedures.
- Ensure quality to increase customer satisfaction and improve turnaround times.
- Assure distribution routes are effectively scheduled and managed.
- Lead and implement Numotion’s best practices and drive operational excellence. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years operational experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Valid state driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to manage shipping/receiving, inventory, staffing, and compliance Compensation & Benefits
