About the Role

Oversees all off-campus study experiences outside Indiana, ensuring programs are impactful, well-managed, and aligned with Taylor University's mission. Responsible for program development, budget management, student advising, and safety coordination, collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to support program goals and enhance the student experience. This role provides oversight of all global programs, including semester programs and short-term service, service-learning, and academic trips.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of off-campus study experiences outside the state of Indiana, ensuring programs are impactful, well-managed, and aligned with the university's mission.
  • Lead program development, budgeting, risk management, and safety coordination for global programs including semester, short-term trips, service-learning, and academic travel.
  • Advise and mentor students participating in off-campus programs; provide guidance in academic planning and personal development.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to support program goals and enhance the student experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading or directing off-campus, global, or study-abroad programs; program development and operations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, safety protocols, and risk assessment for off-campus experiences.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
  • Commitment to Taylor University's mission, Christ-centered values, and student development.
  • Knowledge of service-learning and international/travel logistics is a plus.
