Job Summary

A growing B2B SaaS company is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead demand generation, product marketing, GTM execution, content, partnerships, and overall marketing operations. This person will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to build pipeline, strengthen market positioning, and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation and build a predictable, scalable marketing pipeline
• Own product marketing and GTM execution for launches and platform updates
• Manage marketing budget, campaign performance, and ROI
• Develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, content, and brand initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships within the hospitality technology ecosystem
• Lead and develop the marketing team while partnering closely with Sales and executive leadership

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with leadership experience

• Strong B2B SaaS background

• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality-tech experience strongly preferred

• Proven success driving pipeline, demand generation, and GTM launches

• Experience managing budgets, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics

• Strong executive presence with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves leadership style
