Director of Fund Accounting
We are looking for an experienced Director of Fund Accounting to provide finance and accounting leadership for a private equity real estate investment platform in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited to a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can oversee fund and management company accounting while supporting accurate reporting, cash oversight, and close activities. The position will also guide a fund accounting resource and help maintain strong financial operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full accounting function for private equity real estate funds and the related management company, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
- Oversee month-end and period-end close activities, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
