Location: Hybrid — Michigan, with remote options across MI/OH/WI/IN/IL Salary: $100,000–$105,000 Type: Full-time
Role: Lead finance and accounting for the Michigan Business Unit, manage a $10M annual budget, oversee grants, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and advise senior leadership and the Board.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business + 5 years’ related experience. Strong GAAP, accounting systems, grants, Excel, and regulatory compliance knowledge required.
Bottom line: A senior finance leadership role overseeing the financial health and operations of TNC’s Michigan programs.
State: Michigan (preferred: Grand Rapids/Lansing/Ann Arbor/Detroit areas) Country: United States
