Director of Finance
What You’ll Do
-
Own the accounting and finance function across Funds, GP, and Management Company

Partner directly with the Managing Partner on strategic initiatives

Lead quarterly closes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
-
Manage treasury, capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, and liquidity
-
Oversee outsourced accounting partners while remaining hands-on
-
Drive process improvements, automation, KPIs, and operational efficiency
-
Support audits, tax compliance, investment valuations, and investor reporting

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of accounting/finance experience
-
CPA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred
-
Strong private equity, fund, or alternative investment experience
-
Hands-on experience across Fund, GP, and Management Company operations
-
Strong FP&A, treasury, financial modeling, and reporting skills
-
Excellent business judgment, communication skills, and ownership mentality
