Director of Finance – Remote with quarterly domestic travel

Base salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus to 25%

Well established 100% virtual company is looking to hire its first Director of Finance and partially reduce its reliance on outsourced and fractional accounting/ CFO. The company is currently operating in 20 states and plans on doubling revenues in 5 years.
Responsibilities include a focus on oversight of outsourced accounting including month end close, preparation of all internal reports and financial statements, budget preparation and analysis, cash forecasting, coordination with the external CPA firm with attestation and tax compliance and oversight of outsourced accounting, HR and IT.
Minimum requirements include:

BS in Accounting

The ability to travel domestically for quarterly management meetings

Experience overseeing an accounting department including AR, AP, payroll and accounting staff

Strong financial reporting experience

Oversight of outsourced HR and IT

Stable employment history

Willingness to promote a positive and collaborative work culture

Above experience with companies with revenues of $25 - $50m
CPA or MBA are pluses
The base salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 plus bonus, Health Insurance, generous PTO and a 401k plan with a match.
