Job Description
- Financial Performance & Profitability: Drive the hotel’s financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic business analysis to maximize profitability.
- Financial Governance & Compliance: Ensure financial integrity, accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with the General Manager and department leaders to turn financial insights into business decisions, optimize resources, and support sustainable hotel growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.

Minimum 10 years of experience of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality finance, with at least 3 years in senior leadership role.

Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of driving process improvements and financial performance.

Fluent in English and Thai communication.
