About the Role The Director of Finance will oversee all financial, administrative, and control functions of the hotel, driving financial performance through analysis and strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. This role requires a proactive leader who translates financial data into actionable plans to boost profitability and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Act as strategic advisor to the General Manager and Executive Committee on all financial matters.
• Analyze P&L performance and identify opportunities to optimize results.
• Support operational departments in decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Drive profitability initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasts; monitor performance against budget; analyze variances.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure accurate and timely monthly close.
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, internal controls; oversee audits; safeguard assets and contracts.
• Supervise cash control, cost management, and warehouse operations.
• Supervise Administration and Finance teams; ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor credit management, collections, and payments; ensure smooth operations during openings or transitions.
• Monitor capital expenditure and track project performance; align with approved budgets.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Finance team through coaching and performance management; partner with HR on workforce planning and payroll coordination and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence business decisions.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Nice to Have

• Experience with hotel openings or transitions (preferred).
