About the Role
The Director of Donor Relations leads the donor relations program for the MC Foundation, collaborating with Foundation staff, Alumni & Parent Engagement, and campus partners to design and implement a strategic calendar of engagement, solicitation, and stewardship programs. The role also manages a portfolio of major gift prospects and plays a key role in building strong donor relationships and enhancing the overall giving experience.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Foundation staff, Alumni & Parent Engagement, and campus partners to design and implement a strategic calendar of engagement, solicitation, and stewardship programs.
- Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and cultivate donor relationships to advance fundraising goals.
- Build and enhance the overall donor giving experience through effective stewardship and donor recognition.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in Development/Fundraising is required with preference for 5 or more years.
- Ability to collaborate with Foundation staff, Alumni & Parent Engagement, and campus partners to achieve fundraising and donor relations goals.
