What You Will Do

• Lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Utilize Google Ads and analytics tools like Snowflake and Tableau to optimize marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Implement and manage marketing automation processes using tools such as Amplitude and Sigma to enhance lead nurturing efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 7–15 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Snowflake, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.

Preferred

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
• Knowledge of the AI and data industry trends and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
