About this role
Role Overview The Director of Collections reports to the Managing Director of Software Solutions and is responsible for the strategic leadership, commercial outcomes, governance, and successful delivery of the Collections portfolio. The role provides end-to-end accountability for Project Initiation and delivery, customer outcomes, financial performance, ongoing production service and continuous improvement. The role requires leadership in a matrix environment collaborating with key stakeholders across Product, Delivery, Operations and Support.
