About the Role As the lead for automation and robotics, you will shape how automation and robotics transform ASM's operations by connecting AIoT and autonomous systems to real-world manufacturing, scaling digital and physical automation to boost productivity and resilience.
What You'll Do
- Define the automation and robotics strategy for operations and manufacturing environments.
- Identify high-value opportunities across shopfloor, warehouse, quality, engineering, and support workflows.
- Lead technology selection, business case development, pilot design, and scale-up strategy.
- Establish standards for architecture, safety, governance, maintainability, and cybersecurity.
- Drive change management and operating model transitions required for automation adoption.
