About the Role The Director of Academic Support Services & Student Accessibility oversees academic support programs and accessibility services at the University of Rio Grande, reporting to university leadership and based in the Davis Library. This role ensures inclusive access to programs and services for all students. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Academic Support Services & Student Accessibility unit, including program development, assessment, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with faculty, librarians, and student services to enhance student success and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and advocate for inclusive learning environments.
- Oversee staff, budgets, and service delivery across campus. What We're Looking For
- Experience in higher education administration, student services, or accessibility leadership.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., ADA) and inclusive pedagogy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and student success. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with library services or the Davis Library environment.
