About the Role As Director, OEM & Ecosystem Partnerships – VenturaOS, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of Ventura's supply-side ecosystem. You will build and scale strategic relationships with OEMs, consumer electronics manufacturers, hardware partners, retailers, and other ecosystem participants to bring Ventura-powered devices to market. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to shape Ventura's growth across the global television landscape. What You'll Do
- Build Ventura's Supply-Side Ecosystem across OEMs, hardware manufacturers, retail partners, strategic technology partners, and the broader Connected TV ecosystem.
- Develop and execute Ventura's long-term ecosystem strategy across OEMs, hardware manufacturers, retail partners, and technology partners; identify, evaluate, and cultivate new opportunities that accelerate platform adoption.
- Build long-term executive relationships with companies responsible for Ventura-powered devices; develop partnership frameworks that create long-term strategic value.
- Lead Strategic Partnerships: own executive relationships, structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, manage a portfolio from engagement through launch, expansion, and governance; represent VenturaOS with senior executives.
- Enable Device Launches & Ecosystem Readiness: partner with Product and Engineering to support launches and platform integrations; coordinate cross-functional initiatives for readiness.
- Influence Platform Strategy: provide market intelligence and insights to inform roadmap; identify trends across Connected TV and adjacent ecosystems.
- Build Something New: help define growth from launch to scale; operate in an entrepreneurial environment; influence company strategy beyond partnerships. What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience leading strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, platform business development, or commercial strategy.
- Experience working with OEMs, consumer electronics manufacturers, hardware partners, retailers, or adjacent tech ecosystems.
- Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements with executive stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify new market opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Nice to Have
