Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, directing and monitoring all activities of the Food and Nutrition department in accordance with established rules, regulations, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications

Education

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Services Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field Preferred

Work Experience

7 years of experience in food and/or nutrition within healthcare, education, dining, or related field. Of those seven years, three years of leadership Required

Hotel and/or restaurant management experience Preferred
