About the Role The Director of IT Applications and Infrastructure Management leads all aspects of Randstad's infrastructure including design, engineering, implementation, and operations of Randstad’s Infrastructure and Cloud Services. Develops and drives infrastructure automation in conjunction with the assimilation of new emerging technologies, management, and monitoring strategies. Ensure infrastructure services meet global standards. What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Randstad's IT infrastructure, including design, engineering, implementation, and operations of on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- Develop and drive infrastructure automation, adopt new technologies, and implement comprehensive monitoring and management strategies.
- Ensure infrastructure services align with global standards and support Randstad's business objectives. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in IT applications and infrastructure management, including cloud services.
- Strong background in infrastructure design, engineering, implementation, and operation at scale.
- Experience with automation, DevOps practices, monitoring, and technology adoption. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, automation tooling, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reliability. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $142,400 - $213,600 per year.
