About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning to lead and optimize the company’s end-to-end planning processes across supply, demand, and finance. This leadership role partners with senior executives to translate strategy into integrated forecasts and robust operating plans. The position requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration, and deep IBP expertise. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of integrated business planning processes across supply, demand, and finance.
- Develop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range plans to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and resources with strategic goals.
- Build and coach a high-performing planning organization. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in integrated business planning, supply chain, or FP&A at a senior level.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and data-driven insights.
- Experience with large enterprise environments; familiarity with Microsoft scale is a plus. Nice to Have
