About the role
The mandate of the role is to own institutional distribution end-to-end across our institutional product suite and form strategic partnerships that help scale the business. This is a hands-on leadership role – the pipeline, coverage model, and team are yours to shape.
Responsibilities
- Institutional distribution. Build institutional demand for our tokenized RWA products and identify attractive assets to onboard
- Fundraising. Lead fundraising for some of our upcoming fund products from anchor stage to scale
- Strategic partnerships. Originate and negotiate distribution partnerships - EAM platforms, digital-asset platforms, family offices/HNWIs
- Team leadership. Manage, develop and hold accountable a small team of 1 – 2 associates
