Job title: Director, Innovation & Digital Transformation

About the Role In this role, you will help Henkel establish a profound digital culture and drive digital transformation across the company. You will contribute to Henkel's digital upskilling efforts and help develop and leverage digital assets, platforms, and services that connect product technology with business value. You will work across Henkel dx, Innovation Hubs, and external startup collaborations to solve demanding business challenges and accelerate transformation.

What You'll Do

• Drive transformation from both inside and outside the organization, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and accelerating digital knowledge across teams.
• Support the ongoing development of Henkel’s core assets—products, technologies, and digital services—through integrated platforms and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Unite Digital, Business Process Management, and IT under the Henkel dx umbrella to solve strategic challenges and create a coherent digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Innovation Hubs, connect startups with Henkel’s operating businesses, and participate in internal incubator teams to pilot new business models.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork, leadership, and a culture of ownership and responsible experimentation.
• Champion diversity and inclusion as part of daily leadership and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovative opportunities.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams, including managers, engineers, and interns, to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strong interest in megatrends such as Platform Economy, Consumer & Customer gravitation shift, Outcome-based Servitization, and Lean-Fast-Simple.
• Experience with digital ecosystems, innovation hubs, or corporate-startup collaborations is a plus.
• Commitment to fostering digital knowledge and inclusive leadership.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with incubator or lab-like environments.
• Background in agile methodologies and scaling digital initiatives across a global organization.
