About the Role
Director II, Family Office Solutions leads and cultivates complex UHNW client relationships and serves as a trusted strategic advisor across all aspects of wealth management. The role interfaces with C-suite executives, coordinating holistic wealth management solutions and driving organic growth through retention, expansion, and sourcing new relationships. The position works with a team of experts to tailor wealth management strategies and coordinate across wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
What You'll Do
- Lead and cultivate complex Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships; act as trusted advisor and coordinator across wealth management.
- Drive organic growth through client retention and expansion and by sourcing new relationships; interface primarily with C-Suite executives.
- Develop referrals and leads from internal and external sources including centers of influence while serving UHNW clients.
- Understand each client’s family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations.
- Work with a team of experts to develop and implement customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients.
- Orchestrate specialists to provide holistic financial services including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
- Develop tailored meeting agendas and presentations with proactive, targeted advice and a relationship timeline to fulfill client goals in the short, medium and long term.
- Review accounts to determine the banking, investment and advisory needs of clients; anticipate and create opportunities for enhancing the client relationships.
- Contribute to organic growth by expanding current relationships and sourcing new ones.
- Actively participate in the development of new and integrated solutions to meet UHNW client needs; bring in experts when appropriate and close deals.
- Ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging needs; incorporate digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of industry experience, including significant experience in relationship management, portfolio management, and/or sales specifically with UHNW clients.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics); MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM certificate preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 and Insurance licenses required for the position.
- In-depth knowledge of Wealth Planning, UHNW wealth management, including competition; knowledge of investments, banking, trust and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Skills in negotiation, leadership and sales; ability to develop client and prospect relationships and a partner network.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change; interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Solid, general knowledge of all personal and complex financial planning issues; demonstrated sales and business acumen; proven track record of building collaborative and long-term relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $236,555 - $414,115 USD. Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
