About the Role The Director, HR Change Initiatives, U.S. Region will lead the U.S. Location Strategy and Transformation, partnering with U.S. ExCo and global HR to open and staff a new Dallas office. They will lead a team of Senior Managers, HRBPs, and drive cross-functional talent programs and HR strategies to support U.S. growth and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do

  • Lead the U.S. Location Strategy and Transformation, partnering with U.S. ExCo and global HR to open and staff the new Dallas office.
  • Lead a team of Senior Manager, HRBPs; provide strategic direction and define cross-functional and cross-regional talent programs and strategies.
  • Lead the execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with U.S. regional growth objectives, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement a multi-year HR strategy and workforce transformation plan.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define and execute hiring strategies for campus and experienced roles.
  • Partner with communications, finance, COO, and global HR to plan and execute HR-related initiatives.
  • Oversee talent-related workstreams and contribute to technical, enablement, and change management efforts.
  • Define and track talent KPIs/OKRs to measure workforce program success.
  • Partner with U.S. Risk to meet regulatory requirements related to Resolution Planning, Operational Resiliency, and Category 3 status.
  • Support U.S. HR lead on globalization of the HR function.
  • Assist U.S. HR Head with board materials and executive committee deliverables. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in any field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in HR change initiatives across multiple locations in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders; deploying and managing HR systems including Core HR, talent acquisition, learning, and case management.
  • Experience leading HR strategy and transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting U.S. HR, risk and resilience practices. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: 180,000.00 - 301,500.00 per year.
  • Offered salary is between $180,000 and $301,500 per year.
