Microsoft is seeking a Director for Global SMB Strategy & Growth within Cloud & AI Platforms (CAIP). In this role, you will help bring Microsoft's mission to empower every person and every organization to achieve more by leading the global SMB strategy and growth initiatives for CAIP. What You'll Do

Develop and execute the global SMB growth strategy for Cloud & AI Platforms (CAIP), aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and field organizations to accelerate SMB adoption and revenue growth.

Define and track metrics, drive strategic initiatives, and influence GTM planning across regions. What We're Looking For

Proven experience in strategy development and growth leadership for SMB segments, preferably in cloud or AI platforms.

Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and executive influencing skills.

Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization and manage ambiguity. Nice to Have
