Job DescriptionDirector Global Health & Safety - Decatur, ILPosition Summary:The Director of Global Health & Safety is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the company's global health and safety strategy to achieve industry leading performance across all operations. This role provides strategic leadership, governance, and oversight for occupational health, industrial hygiene, contractor safety, and injury and illness prevention programs.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, EHS, the Global Director partners closely with business leaders, operations, human resources, and regional EHS teams to drive a culture of safety excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce occupational risk to protect employees, contractors, and visitors worldwide and continuously improve health and safety performance.
