Job title: Director - Financial Due Diligence (TMT)
About the Role
RSM is seeking an experienced Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team within Deal Services, focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications. You will work with our nationally award-winning Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory practice, servicing both corporate and private equity clients, and lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence from pre-close through integration and execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage multiple challenging financial due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers.
- Develop and deliver quality planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
- Utilize proven business development skills to expand transaction advisory services and identify opportunities to enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate members, foster trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience.
- Preferred: successful track record of building and growing a Transaction Advisory Service Practice.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200 USD per year.
