About the Role We are seeking a high-velocity, operationally-focused Director of Executive Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead our core executive hiring engine. This leader will own end-to-end execution of all Director and VP-level hiring across the enterprise and will manage a team of specialized Executive Recruiting consultants, driving a culture of high performance, rigor, and speed to ensure hiring targets are met with an exceptionally high bar for executive talent. This role requires a strong recruitment strategist and operator who can balance deep domain specialization with the executive presence to influence senior leadership. What You'll Do
- Delivery Excellence & Velocity: Oversee end-to-end delivery for all Director and VP-level roles, ensuring the team operates at optimal capacity and meets targets while maintaining a high hiring bar.
