About the Role The Director - Drive-Thru/ Front Counter/ Hospitality is a restaurant leadership role at Chick-fil-A in Palm Beach County. The position supports all aspects of the business and will work across Front of House and Back of House, starting in training with a pathway to Director as leadership skills are demonstrated. This role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional guest service in a single-unit restaurant. What You'll Do

  • Co-create with the Director Team the long-term vision for sales growth and profitability.
  • Oversee coordination of Front of House operations (Drive-Thru, Hospitality, Delivery) and Back of House operations (Kitchen, Food Prep, Food Safety).
  • Ensure customers first and satisfaction mentality at all times.
  • Engage in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues.
  • Drive financial performance and provide feedback to the kitchen and suggest operational actions required to achieve financial targets.
  • Promote unity among all team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision, weekly events, key elements of the business plan, etc.
  • Meet weekly with the Director Team to strategize on how to move the front of the house forward.
  • Help shepherd the responsibility of leading and training to help excel them to the next level.
  • Help create unity amongst the front of house team.
  • Maintain a level of cleanliness in the dining room and front counter that our Chick-fil-A guests have come to expect.
  • Coordinate with the HR/Training director to determine the needs of training in the front counter and dining room.
  • Responsible for recruiting and filling their position before they can be promoted forward.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Coach and mentors team members to aspire to live out the restaurant’s core values and mission statement.
  • Ability to speak and communicate intelligently about processes, best practices, and the business.
  • Serves shift leaders and willingly works to SERVE them.
  • Servant leader, team oriented, with a passion for people and to deliver top-notch service.
  • Well organized with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills.
  • Must possess the ability to drive and manage change consistently.
  • Role model for people to look up to and aspire to be like.
  • Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of solid quick service leadership experience.
  • Skills in detailed execution, follow-through, and Pathway adherence. What We're Looking For
  • Multiple years of high-level quick-service leadership experience.
  • Associate’s degree or 2+ years QSR leadership.
  • Strong communication, organization, coaching, and change-management skills.
  • Ability to drive and manage change consistently.
  • Details to focus on the little things (ex. Follow Pathway 100% 100% of the time).
  • Influence to create other leaders around them.
  • Delegation to achieve results as a team.

  • Salary: $23-$25 per hour (USD).
