Director, Distribution Strategy Office
Manulife’s Distribution Strategy team in Hong Kong is mainly focuses on driving strategy for Distribution Channels and supporting end-to-end implementation to create value for Manulife Hong Kong.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop distribution strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Brokerage channels
- Analyze market landscape and identify growth opportunities, design initiatives to capture the opportunities and mitigate potential risks/challenges
- Deliver strategic projects, including solution design, end-to-end deployment and change management
- Prepare presentation materials to engage with key stakeholders
- Coordinate within Distribution team, gather inputs/suggestions on improvement areas and iterate the solution design
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate with top-tier management consulting background is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Possess relevant experience and expertise in Hong Kong market
