Job Description
The Digital Acquisition Director is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution of digital acquisition efforts across all channels. This role crafts the media mix and budget allocation to drive sustainable growth and profitability. The Director leads the development of a strategic roadmap that aligns with enterprise goals.
As a senior leader, the Director partners with executive stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives. They oversee cross-functional teams, manage external agencies, and ensure that acquisition efforts are data-driven and customer-centric.
Responsibilities

Define and lead the enterprise-wide digital acquisition strategy across performance marketing, UX/UI, lead generation, and telesales.

Set and manage multi-channel/vendor media budgets, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.

Influence product and customer experience strategies to maximize resources

Align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership around strategic acquisition initiatives.

Drive innovation in conversion optimization, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Oversee vendor relationships and ensure consistent performance across external partners.

Foster a high-performance culture within the acquisition team, mentoring senior managers and building future leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- High Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and marketing automation platforms.
- 7+ years of total experience.
- At least 3+ years of experience in acquisition strategies for paid media and digital channels (SEM, SEO, and/or Social) for either B2C or B2B.
- Relevant experience in UX/UI enhancements and project management.
- Tele sales basic understanding.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management and leadership with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with P&L structure and Life Time Value metrics.
