About the Role Director Delegación Académica Regional LATAM – Chile will identify and implement opportunities in knowledge creation and technology transfer, and develop academic networks across LATAM. The role includes representing TEC de Monterrey in regional alliances and supporting ongoing and future institutional initiatives. What You'll Do
- Conduct research and identify opportunities in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Policy, Cognitive Sciences, Knowledge Economy or related fields.
- Identify opportunities for academic collaboration and research within partner schools and departments.
- Manage current programs with regional partner institutions and others in the LATAM region.
- Implement new programs focused on student mobility, faculty development, joint research projects, global classrooms, academic exchanges, research internships, and visiting professor programs.
- Represent TEC de Monterrey while establishing alliances with organizations, companies, and regional institutions.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with institutions and companies.
- Maintain valuable connections with EXATEC alumni in the region.
- Support ongoing and future institutional initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Doctorate in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Policy, Cognitive Sciences, Knowledge Economy or related fields.
- Proven experience and track record in research.
- International experience as a professor, researcher and developer of international programs.
- Active and verifiable research activity.
- Strong networking abilities and good communication.
- Active relationships with institutions, academic partners and organizations in the region.
- Relocation to Santiago, Chile.
- Willingness to travel.
