Job title: Director, Corporate Strategy EMEA
About the Role Director, Corporate Strategy EMEA will establish Adobe's Corporate Strategy team's presence in the EMEA region and drive initiatives to support Adobe's long-term growth in a key international market. The role also entails leading a high-performing team and managing relationships with senior executives across the company to shape the end-to-end strategic agenda for EMEA.
What You'll Do
- Establish Adobe Corporate Strategy team's presence in the EMEA region and drive initiatives to sustain long-term growth in a key international market.
- Manage a high-performing team, overseeing multiple strategic initiatives and fostering relationships with several top executives across the company.
- Shape and drive the end-to-end strategic agenda for EMEA, translating complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear recommendations and ensuring alignment at the most senior levels.
- Join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from top management consulting firms and professionals in digital media and marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of total professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change.
- 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), including overseeing complex strategy projects.
- Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS; demonstrated understanding of the software industry, digital marketing or digital media is highly desirable.
- Technology industry experience preferred but not required; e.g., 2+ years in a senior role at a major tech company (Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Spotify, Adyen, Klarna, Revolut).
- Top-tier undergraduate and master's degrees; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to maintain big-picture focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presence in front of senior executives.
- Creative problem solver with a bias for action.
- Relentless but collaborative approach to ensure constructive debates and positive cross-functional team dynamics.
