About the Role Honor seeks a Director of Compliance Operations to transform compliance into a proactive, growth-enabled function. Reporting to the VP of Trust & Safety, you will lead a team of compliance and operations professionals and own day-to-day execution across 15 states and growing. This cross-functional role combines strategy with hands-on problem solving and requires translating complex regulatory requirements into scalable, tech-enabled operations that support the business. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of compliance and operations professionals, setting the function's strategic direction
- Own day-to-day execution across Honor's current and future states of operation and partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Product and Engineering to architect tech-enabled, scalable compliance solutions
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into efficient, scalable operations that enable growth
- Build durable operational systems that make compliance easier, more scalable, and more effective as the business grows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align compliance with business strategy and operating model What We're Looking For
- Experience at the intersection of technology and operations; proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering to build tech-enabled solutions
- Strong people leadership and hands-on problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory complexities into practical, scalable processes
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, regulated environment
