About the Role This is an India-based global leadership role supporting Amgen's global obesity business, with significant focus on the U.S. market. The Director will build and strengthen the commercial analytics capability that informs strategy, sales execution, customer engagement, payer/pricing decisions, and growth priorities, turning ambiguous questions into actionable insights and reusable decision assets.
What You'll Do
- Set the commercial analytics agenda for obesity, including roadmap, delivery priorities, and senior decision forums; translate product, field, account, payer/pricing, and U.S. stakeholder questions into pragmatic analytical plans and decision assets; foster governance and reusable methods while surfacing risks and trade-offs with evidence.
