Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Clinical Research to lead the clinical development of RNAi therapeutics within its ATTR amyloidosis program. The successful candidate will provide strategic clinical leadership, oversee the design and execution of global clinical trials, and contribute to the development of innovative therapies from early research through regulatory approval. Working within a cross-functional matrix environment, the role involves close collaboration with Research, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, and external scientific experts to ensure the successful delivery of clinical development objectives while representing the organization in regulatory and scientific engagements.
