About the Role KPMG is seeking a Director, Client Success - Talent & Culture Technology to join our Digital Nexus organization. This hybrid role focuses on leading client success initiatives for Talent & Culture technology and supporting KPMG's digital transformation agenda. What You'll Do
- Lead client success initiatives for Talent & Culture Technology within the Digital Nexus organization and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and value realization.
- Align client needs with technology capabilities, contribute to strategy, and help grow the Talent & Culture Technology practice. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or consulting, preferably in Talent & Culture technology or HR technology.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment and across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and professional services experience is a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience with Talent & Culture Technology solutions or HR tech platforms.
