About the Role Hello Heart is seeking a Director, Client Strategy and Growth to lead client strategy and growth initiatives, focusing on scaling relationships and delivering measurable outcomes for the company's client base. This remote US role sits within the Client Operations & Strategy organization. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute client strategy and growth initiatives across key accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to translate client needs into scalable programs
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
- Mentor or collaborate with a team to deliver high-impact client programs and growth initiatives
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and clients What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in client strategy, growth, or management consulting with a track record of expanding client relationships
- Strong strategic thinker with data-driven approach and ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with healthcare industry or SaaS platforms is a plus Nice to Have
- Experience in consultant relations or partnership development
- Knowledge of healthcare tech and patient engagement platforms
