About the Role The Director, Client Strategy and Growth will lead client-focused strategy and growth initiatives for Hello Heart across remote U.S. markets. This role partners with product, sales, and client operations to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth while delivering exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Do
- Define and execute client strategy and growth initiatives across Hello Heart's client base in the United States.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Operations to develop scalable playbooks, go-to-market motions, and client success programs.
- Analyze client data, market feedback, and performance metrics to inform product roadmap and business strategy.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Measure impact, report on progress, and iterate on strategies based on data. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading client strategy, growth, or account management in B2B environments, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of driving adoption and revenue growth.
