About the Role Director, Client Strategy and Growth is a leadership role at Hello Heart focused on developing and executing client strategy and growth initiatives across the business. What You'll Do
- Lead development and execution of client strategy and growth programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to drive client success and expansion.
- Measure outcomes, optimize strategies, and report progress to executives. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in client strategy, growth, or corporate strategy roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans. Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or health tech is a plus.
