About the Role The Director, Campaigns leads the design and execution of Earthjustice’s fundraising campaigns, including a transformational multi-year $1B+ campaign in support of Earthjustice and its sister organizations. As a member of the Development Leadership Team, this role shapes department strategy, aligns campaign priorities across programs, and drives enterprise-wide fundraising efforts to advance Earthjustice’s mission and revenue goals. The Director oversees the Campaigns program, develops a high-performing team, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and manages external advisors to ensure accountability across the campaign lifecycle. This supervisory, full-time position offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement based in San Francisco or New York, with travel requirements and a valid U.S. driver’s license. What You'll Do
