About the Role Lead the Campaign Program Management team to orchestrate end-to-end campaign production across Ubisoft franchises, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and at scale. This role drives visibility, structure, and operational excellence, overseeing workflows, resources, agencies, timelines, and cross-functional interdependencies, and promoting standardized processes and tools across the Campaign Content Hub. What You'll Do

  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to the Campaign Program Management team; build, mentor, and develop a high-performing group dedicated to specific franchises; define clear objectives and ways of working to ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Lead and support Program Managers in escalating issues, resolving roadblocks, and prioritizing across conflicting timings or cross-functional needs.
  • Own and evolve the governance model for campaign planning, budgeting, orchestration, and cross-functional collaboration; drive adoption of standardized processes, shared tools, and unified campaign planning frameworks across Creative Houses and cross-functional services.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and champion campaigns operational excellence to optimize quality and ROI; support forecasting, budget-tracking, and cost-efficiency rituals integrated into operational workflows.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Franchise Marketing Leads and Cross-Functional Leads, evangelizing the campaign management model and aligning on roles, responsibilities, and cadences; facilitate cross-team forums and leadership alignment.
  • Drive organizational change, advocate unified operational approaches, and represent the Campaign Program Management team among franchise leaders and marketing stakeholders; promote accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving; harmonize workflows with other Campaign Content Hub leaders.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and financial health at a macro level through dashboards and reviews; provide leadership with insights and learnings to elevate overall performance. What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in program management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related field with a strong focus on leading teams and cross-functional governance.
  • Proven experience in complex, matrixed environments (creative hubs, global marketing organizations, agencies, or large-scale content operations).
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives and secure adoption of new workflows, tools, processes and cross-functional rituals at scale.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, lead and coach high-performing operational teams to navigate complex situations, prioritize, and operate autonomously.
  • Strong aptitude for fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to assess operational performance at macro level, identify systemic issues, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Adept at managing resistance, rallying teams, and communicating change in a clear, inspiring way.
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive agreement across diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of creative, marketing, and production workflows – comfortable. Compensation & Benefits
