What You Will Do

In this vital role, the Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions (Field), Director will lead the strategy, execution, and adoption of AI-enabled field initiatives. This individual will partner across Field Leadership, Commercial, BAI, Digital, Data, and Technology to advance Generative AI, Agentic AI, analytics, automation, and digital capabilities that improve field effectiveness, productivity, and decision-making.
This position requires 2-3 days a week onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Development
- Define and lead the roadmap for high-impact field initiatives, prioritizing opportunities based on business value, field needs, feasibility, and enterprise priorities.
