About the Role The Director of AI Solutions & Integration leads the team that brings advanced analytics and AI capabilities into SPDJI's data operations. Reporting to the Director of Data AI & Enablement, this role ensures that AI is not just an experiment, but a production-ready, governed, and value-driving capability that scales across SPDJI to accelerate innovation, increase productivity, and ensure AI solutions are safe and aligned with business priorities. What You'll Do
- Own and drive the AI solutions enablement strategy across SPDJI, delivering scalable, production-ready AI capabilities with governance
- Define reference architectures and standards for GenAI/LLM, including RAG patterns and data-pipeline integration
- Lead enablement programs for GenAI, LLM, and agent-based solutions and identify high-value AI opportunities with stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end AI solution delivery from prototyping to production, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
- Collaborate with Data & AI Governance to embed responsible AI practices and risk controls into every solution
- Ensure production readiness and IT partnership through documentation, monitoring, cost controls, and secure enterprise integration
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI Solutions team and develop reusable assets to accelerate adoption
- Represent SPDJI Data at enterprise AI forums and contribute to the enterprise AI strategy What We're Looking For
- Strategic leadership with a track record delivering AI enablement at scale and the ability to own an AI roadmap that delivers measurable value
- Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM, RAG, and agent-based workflows with production-grade design and governance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, Data Governance, and business value streams
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and value
- Technical leadership on emerging AI technologies applicable to data operations
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional AI teams
