PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Director, Admissions Performance and Integration is responsible for driving initiatives that improve admissions performance, operational consistency and scalability. This role translates organizational priorities into coordinated execution, ensuring both internally focused and cross functional initiatives are effectively implemented, integrated and sustained. The Director partners through Admissions, Clinical, Growth, Payor and clinic partners to identify barriers, coordinate solutions and drive measurable improvements. The role brings structure, visibility and accountability to complex initiatives while ensuring changes are successfully integrated into day-to-day admissions operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads, coordinates and ensures execution of complex, high impact initiatives ensuring delivery within approved scope, quality, timelines and business objectives supporting patient access and admissions initiatives.
- The role provides leadership by coordinating cross functional teams and stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies and providing necessary structure for decision making and execution in support of patient access and admissions.
- Develops and maintains integrated plans working across functional groups for identified initiatives.
- Documents initiative objectives, process flows, scope, deliverables, milestones and road maps.
- Coordinates internal teams, external vendors, stakeholders and technical teams.
- Works with the Patient Access Leadership team to prioritize and align efforts across the organization including but not limited to process improvement, reporting, technology enhancements, employee development efforts and execution.
- Identifies, develops and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and within and outside of our own job functions.
- Evaluates, modifies and improves entire processes, systems or approaches using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation skills.
- Executes short-to- long-term strategies and ownership of operational direction for the department.

Education and Required Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, social sciences or a related degree required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- 10 plus years of progressive experience in healthcare, operations, performance improvement or a related environment supporting complex, cross functional initiatives strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading high-impact initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption and measurable results.
- Experience working across multiple functions and levels of organizations including senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.
- Strong business judgement, accountability, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, build stakeholder alignment and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
Annual Rate: $116,400 - 187,800 for Waltham, MA
