About the Role Based in WTW France, you join the Construction Claims Department and take responsibility for leading the management of construction claims. You will support the teams in continuous process improvement, operational performance and service quality for clients, and contribute to shaping the claims management strategy in line with the entity's commercial strategy. What You'll Do
- Define, evolve and guarantee the application of the department's processes and procedures for performance, traceability and compliance with Group standards.
- Ensure adherence to processes and tools defined at Group level.
- Analyze reports produced by the teams to define a claims strategy aligned with client and commercial priorities.
- Participate in negotiations with insurance companies and contribute to contract evolution based on claims experience and portfolio profitability.
- Contribute to renegotiating certain guarantee clauses with insurers when needed.
- Contribute to defining the price of the WTW service in client portfolio management.
- Contribute to defining the service offering, particularly in broker tender responses.
- Manage the teams under your responsibility: organization, skills development, HR support and performance management.
- Support major claims: provide expertise in evaluating the claim with the insurer; negotiate with the insurer; advise the client on remedies and next steps; direct to external providers when necessary (e.g., expert or lawyer).
- Participate in broker tenders in collaboration with client and production teams.
- Work closely with the client team, especially with the Construction – Risk Management Department. What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 level education, ideally in insurance, law or risk management.
- At least 10 years of experience in construction claims management, notably in RCD, RC Construction, TRC/TRME and Dommages-Ouvrage.
- At least 5 years of significant experience in people management.
- Very strong analytical, synthesis and decision-making abilities.
