About the Role The Children's Center Of Monmouth County is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support within a day habilitation program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Direct Support Professionals put plans into practice to help participants reach their individual goals in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes promoting self-sufficiency, inclusivity, and a sense of community through coordinated on- and off-site activities.
What You'll Do
- Implement and support plans designed to address outcomes identified in participants' Individual Service Plans.
- Facilitate meaningful, day-to-day activities and schedules that promote growth, connection, and community.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure safety, open communication, and a positive, person-centered environment.
