What You'll Do
- Provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a day habilitation program.
- Promote confidentiality, privacy, human dignity, uniqueness, and physical and emotional well-being.
- Support individuals to lead self-directed lives and to develop and maintain relationships.
- Advocate for justice, fairness, equity, and full community participation.
- Demonstrate respect, integrity, and responsibility for the individuals supported, fellow staff, and the community.

Compensation & Benefits
