Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND
- Age: 35 years or below
- Open to male and female candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset
- Sales, banking, customer service, marketing, or business development experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Promote banking products and services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Drive customer acquisition and achieve sales targets
- Generate quality leads through market outreach and field activities
- Support customer onboarding and deliver excellent customer service
