Job Summary

Premium Human Resource Solution Limited is recruiting Direct Sales Officers on behalf of a fast-growing FinTech company providing innovative ERP and business management software solutions. The successful candidates will drive merchant acquisition, generate qualified leads, and promote the company's solutions to SMEs within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage SMEs and corporate clients within assigned territories.
• Promote the company's ERP, inventory management, business operations, and payment solutions.
• Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations.
• Follow up on leads and collaborate with the Deal Conversion Team to drive merchant acquisition.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and submit regular sales reports.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in FinTech, ERP, SaaS, POS, or software solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a field-based role.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₦150,000 monthly.
• Transportation and Call Allowance: ₦50,000 monthly.
• Total Monthly Net Pay: ₦200,000.
• Commission: Additional commission upon successful merchant conversion, subject to the approved commission structure.
