Job summary

Our client, an internet service provider is expanding its 5G unlimited internet service across Nigeria and is recruiting 1,000 Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to drive subscriber acquisition and promote its 5G unlimited data router service. We are looking for energetic, target-driven sales professionals who can identify potential customers, explain the benefits of the 5G internet, close sales, and build a strong customer base within their assigned region.

Job Responsibilities

As a Direct Sales Executive, you will:

• Acquire new customers and subscribers for the 5G unlimited data services.
• Promote the 5G routers to individuals, businesses, offices, shops, and other potential customers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, social media, referrals, online channels, and direct prospecting.
• Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain the 5G unlimited internet plans, pricing, installation process, and benefits.
• Convert prospects into paying subscribers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until sales are completed.
• Meet and consistently work toward the 300-subscriber monthly target.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
• Maintain records of prospects, customers, and completed subscriptions.
• Provide basic customer assistance and escalate technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and company training.
• Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the sales management team.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell products or services and close deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong digital literacy.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, social media, email, and online platforms for sales.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline.
• A target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• A smartphone and/or computer.
• Reliable internet access.
• Availability to commence work immediately.

Work Arrangement

Remote position:

• Candidates must reside within the South West, South East, or South South regions of Nigeria.
• Flexible working hours, provided sales targets and reporting requirements are met.
• Performance will be monitored through daily/weekly sales activities and subscriber acquisition.

Compensation & Performance Structure:

• Monthly Target: 300 new 5G unlimited data subscribers.
• Basic

Salary

N200,000 per month.

• To qualify for the full N200,000 basic salary, the DSE must achieve at least 50% of the 300-subscriber monthly target — 150 subscribers.
• Where a DSE records fewer than 150 subscribers in a month, the basic salary will be prorated according to actual performance, in line with the company's compensation policy.
• Performance Commission: Up to N200,000 per month, subject to the applicable sales and commission criteria.

• Below 150 Basic salary prorated according to performance
• Commission is separate from the basic salary and is subject to company's applicable commission criteria.
