Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers or clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized service, assistance, and support to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position products effectively, differentiate offerings, and anticipate customer needs.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills, learn new techniques, and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions, documenting details, feedback, and outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with customers.

  • Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals through effective sales techniques.

  • Age limit not more than 30 years old.
